i went back continously for 3 weekends....as my bro gng back last weekend...so follow him back leaving hubby at home as he got works to do... tis few weeks i realize joel is getting bigger now...he knws more now...& getting more norty & fat pei hei.....haha...coz he knw he is the youngest in d house...& d king in d house!!...

gng to celebrate joel's 2nd b'day yesterday...coz tis weekend v r not gng back....so celebrate his b'day earlier...actually not a big celebration...just bought a cake & sing b'day song oni....bought tis German Cheese Cake frm King's....then add 2pcs cartoon candies....

din cook today..so went to mines for dinner + shopping...passed by tis subway and thinking haven try b4...so dinner here...not bad...is 6inch long...selection of ur choice frm bread type to sauce....not bad & it is very filling.....

high cal on lunch & dinner

met up my ex-coll today as he came dwn frm SG and having lunch together wit another coll SM in KL.....so coincidence d customer of his also look inviting for lunch @ 1 of d famous Hakka Yong Tau Hu @ Salak South Garden...eat a bowl of curry meehon wit chicken....plus additional side dishes...variety of yong tau hu...really high cal..esp d curry....make me feel really full....cant took more yong ta hu liao....after lunch, 3 of us headin to pavillion for tea...chit chat...gossipping....etc.. in the evening time, need to accompany hubby for dinner..so it seem like a busy day for me....wen to sunway for sakae sushi..eat alot....v tried d crispy potatoes oyster...look good but taste very salty......not sure tat is d taste or d chef put double volume of salt...

looks good.....but keep want to drink water after tat...

recommended by my manager tat got a chinese rojak stall @ bkt serdan selling fruit rojak very nice...been talking & buy b4 during lunch...however, d stall was not open & sometime got alot of ppl Q'ing...addition, d uncle really work slow like a snail....so gave up...but today was our lucky day as no ppl waiting & manage to tapao back to office....had it during tea break....

dad's b'day celebration

time really passing so fast....tis yr my dad will b 62yrs old liao...so v planned to have a celebration for him...bought him tiramisu cake frm King's on Friday nite b4 heading home...today v r gng to have seafood lunch @ tg tualang which is d famous in town....yest getting dad to blow d cake dy...guess tis is d 1st for him blowing candle during his b'day...coz everytime when v bought cake on his b'day v only cut d cake oni....

baking session

got the intention to learn baking long long time ago...but need to wait till my youngest bro came back to teach...haha...today got the chance...being so busy d whole morning after came back frm b/fast....coz gng to bake 2 types of cake...tiramisu & red bean layer cake....c below for the steps & ingredients:

1) Home Made Tira~misu

* Ingredient:

- pate-bomb (sugar + egg yolk)

- non-dairy cream (low fat)

- mascarpone cheese

- butter finger shortbread

- coffee / espresso

Method:

a) whipped the cream till fluffy.

b) prepared pate-bomb mixture till room temperature & add in d mascarpone cheese.

c) mixed (a) & (b) and flow untill well (using spatula not mixer).

d) dipped shortbread in coffee / espresso.

e) arranged (d) into the cream mixed.

f) chilled into fridge overnite.

** serving: sift cocoa powder on top before serving. 4-5 persons.

2) Home Made Red Bean layer + Pandan Sponge Cake

* Ingredient:

~A~ - Sponge Cake mixed

- Eggs

- Water

- pandan leaves / flavouring

~B~ - Red Bean (cooked)

- Hoen Kwe powder

- coconut milk

- sugar

Method:

a) mixed ingredient ~A~ in mixer until fluffy.

b) steam / bake for 10-15mins.

c) cooked ingredient ~B~ until boiled.

d) arrange d red bean paste into layer with sponge cake.

e) chilled into fridge for 2hrs (at least).

** servings: 5-6 persons.

it is done!! so easy but need to try my own next time.....d best thing is i can choose those low fat & low cholestrol ingredients

today went to have hair cut + hightlighting my hair...been so long din do any coloring....since bro wanted to dye his hair...so i also do it as well...wanted to cut my hair few weeks ago...but dun knw wher is nice place salun to go...im quite satisfy d cut tis time...wat u think??

Tis 2 mths there was makan makan session @ office…coz every1 being stressed up @ work…it started when my manager got buy those cake or snack to office…then follow by d production manager bought us nasi lemak for b’fast on 1 day morning…so having tis gathering during tea break….today they thought wanna eat rojak / cendol…therefore, bought cendol drink each 1 per glass & snack…mamak rojak, keropok leko, fried banana’s & etc…I can say tat…d staff in my office efficient in eating instead of efficient in work…haha!!

leaving joel again tonite...need to go back to KL...now really hard to leave away frm home..everytime im sneaking out instead of walking out of d house in frt of him....haha...sound silly rite...

first first getting my dad riding motorcycle wit him then sneak out...everytime when came back frm motor ride sure we had left....later on...bringing him for shopping & car ride so tat i can sneak out while he's not at home....if staying longer time at home / getting long holiday wit him...we will wait till he asleep then sneak out.... but he seems tat he knw we will leaving while he is asleep...so got a time he insist not to sleep...might b thinking im leaving during his sleep....& as for tonite....usual method...my parents will bring him out for shopping while i hide myself & sneak out quietly....

he likes to play his toy car...esp tis 3...esp when eat porridge must hold it....

getting close to joel within tis week i realize tat he'd learn alot nowadays...he knws who can b complaint to...who can fulfill his request...haha..sound like a bully method to oldfolk....coz he alwiz cried in frt of my dad to get wat he wans...wanna go out for car ride...knw tat it is not d car key, is motorcycle key...no way...he wans car ride...getting shirt for my dad ...he knws tat his request will not permitted by me...so he wont comes to me for it...i just dun wan to pamper him so much...else every moment he will thinks he is king in d house (altho he is) & we will suffer in future... ppl said parents will not keen to beat or scold d kiddo....but for me...if they r doing not rite...i will punish them...of coz explain d reason la....

thinking wanna sent him to nursery next yr...but if manage to move & stay wit MIL later will bring him back to KL earlier...coz mum's sooner will not able to take care of him since she had tis aches problem...better get him to learn early...

long holiday...

went back to Pusing during d weekend, as usual look for joel of coz...return to KL on Sun evening.....but, i came back seeing joel again..came back after work yesterday...coz mum's is having bone ache...so called "kuat chi" ...so gng to take theraphy for a week... tat's y i came back to look after joel...nothing serious...mum's is getting better now after undergone 2 days theraphy now...no more ache.....old ppl sick...
