Is cabbage wrap....filling of bell peppers and needle mushroom wit onion.....and plum sauce wit vinegar.....taste weird but fine for me....

I find that marmite sauce is very useful. Not only use it for porridge but in marination too....previously, I marinated drumstick and today I use it to marinate tenderloin, which less fat compare to other part of meat...nice & tender....my lunch today....grill tenderloin with French bean....

Sometime I feel that cooking is like playing a dough which u can play around with the recipe...especially when I saw the cooking channel program which giving me the idea of cooking ...today I'm gonna cook this Sweet & Sour Pineapple Pepper dish....see how nice it look, but important is good to eat.....

I cook a healthy vege dish today.... Ingredients only garlic, onion, celery & bell pepper...only putting salt & pepper, and abit of soy sauce for the sweetness....yum yum....see how beautiful the color....if I use red pepper than the color more striking.....

my new recipe

Today I'm going to cook chicken....my new recipe, grill chicken with marmite sauce & garlic. Taste good & the dark meat was so tender...I had 2 pcs in total....hopefully Joel like it too.....

Today dinner at Canton-i..wanna eat the ginger milk custard....tasty & the food is nice.....and the price is high compare to other Chinese cuisine 

worst F& B i ever had

This cafe located at batu gajah, been operating for more than 10 yrs. And it is still surviving now...one noon I bring mom for lunch here....I had their blueberry cheese cake and vanilla shake....oh god! The taste really worst....vanilla taste like sweeten condensed milk and the cheese cake didn't taste like cheese....more to cream than cheese....but for the steak & rice should be fine....but seriously no dessert....as well as the coffee....tasteless 

raya holiday

Went back to mom place for 2 weeks...taking  this opportunity to come back longer since I'm not working at current. Eating around Ipoh famous food....but some foods are not tasty than previous.....

Famous ipoh tauge chicken hor fun...once awhile can had it as too oily....

Famous Foh San dimsum....the worst I ever had...Every time taste different. Quality changed. Not recommended!

 Famous Under Big Tree (大树下) yong tau fu...the asam laksa tasteless now....not as nice as b4....

Nice pau i had....famous langkap pau....like the mui choy pau and the pumpkin pau....1 is not enough...u shuld try!

And lastly, try this durian munch frm  yoke fuk moon dimsum...just like the durian pancake but it is not sweet...

bad experience

Since today is Joel's birthday, we plan going to this famous Ipoh yum cha place (Plan b.). 

First time to this restaurant but we had a bad impression & experience....waiting for seat more than 1/2 hr, trying to leave the place by taking away some cakes. Counter speed was so slow, we wanted 3 slices of cake took them century to get it ready. Busy shooing the fly out frm the cake corner while disregard us at the counter. 

Later on, we waited to be seated. Non aircond environment (guess should be the smoking area), humid area (we are sweating, no joke), mosquitoes flying on top of our head & the cushions on the seat were smell bad (seems like not being clean & wash before). Oh gosh! How we can tolerate with this environment while both the kids are here....not comfort at all....we seated for 5 mins with no waiters serving & our take away cakes were not ready yet! OMG! Really bad services we had today....say no to this Plan b.

However, we manage to get the 3 slices of cake for Joel.

Thinking the daily menu is a headache for cooking mom at home...especially u wan to get ur kids to eat....recently I watch the food network Asia program to get ideas of cooking & some recipe .....hope today menu is acceptable, as it is abit sour coz I added 2 lemons....but I like it....future going to use only 1 lemon.....else sure Joel complaint too sour for him....

change of menu in last min

Menu for today dinner suppose tomato pasta sauce. However, got shock when seeing my Prego pasta sauce grow fungus when open it. I should have put it in the fridge after opening it, as last week I used half of the big bottle. It only a week time I put in cool & dry place still grow fungus....means??? No preservative!! So my pasta going to have soy bean paste sauce instead......

more bz after not working

Been sometime din post in blog. Busy handle my dorter at home while doing part time unit trust thingy & helping bro on the online bizz. Too many things to handle right? Is good too as got work to fill my time....but with the little one accompany, really can't do my work. Especially now she is so stick to me....do submission of unit trust really make me headache as she will disturb. Haven't attend any morning meetings yet. Hopefully hubby can take leave so that I can attend the meeting once awhile. In addition, once I "on" the PC, for sure she came to disturb. Haiz.....not much freedom compare to work. Some more my temper getting worst...can't control when angry....for sure getting thyroid soon :-(

It has been 2 mths I'm fully wife house now....don't say I'm free at home....I only have time when the little  one is asleep. Even hardly update my blogs recently. Busy studying, prepare fr unit trust exam. And finally, I've passed.........gng to manage my consultation once getting my authorization card and approval.....the first thing is handle my own and family financial planning......

5th anniversary

Is our 5th wedd anniversary....nothing much to celebrate...bringing the kids to Mines Sakae sushi....we manage to eat 16 plates of sushi.....not bad.....

Full time baby sitting at home

This is the second week already I'm doing bb sitting at home....resigning frm my work & give full attention on my gal....this decision was brought up since she admitted......taking this opportunity get my public mutual agent license.....gain some extra pocket money for myself while can concentrate on my gal too......

My gal having fever on last thurs morning.....however, it has been relief after taking medic in the morning....has been informed nanny give fever medic every 4 hrs, but just the reason of "not good" & I provide my son paracetamol the nanny only provide the medic in the late noon (2pm)..... After that the fever does not go off ....stag to 38 degree....
