my inlaw is in town today...purposely came here to c house as v decide to buy landed property...they plan to move to KL and sell off d house at tg malim.... can say tat v will stay together wit them in future...as joel also growing & will be fetch him back in 2yrs time....as recomended by my cousin, bdr sunway semenyih got double storey house for sell...so v went for viewing tis morning...condition not bad...fully renovate with 5 airconds, 3 water heater in each bathrooms, kitchen cabinet and extention...and 3 rooms wit build-in wardrobe...look very nice and new...no need to renovate & do anything else...just fit in furniture then can stay liao...however, can say tat it was out of town...it take more than 1/2 hrs to go KL town...but environment not bad..not too congest.....but 1 thing not satisfy is tat v gng to stay wit in-law...mmmm...not tat convenience i can say tat...& tolerate alwiz be ther...as v all hear & say "gather is easy but staying together is difficult" in chinese translation....but wat to do...hubby is d oni son in d family...but wat will concern is MIL will keep taking care of my SIL dorter...stay wit us as well...wat im afraid is tat i really cannot stand of tis little 1 attitude...tis cannot tat cannot...cant really think much of tat..... thinking if v r not buying house now...sure in few yrs or few mths later...ther r not landed property wit tis cheap price....
