today so bad....nearly get messed up 1 task!! but actually is bcoz of communication breakdown..all coz by d forwading agent who decide himself all d task...without our agreement!! i've been assigned to handle tis task...which follow up wit d forwading agent to arrange d container frm port & unstuff d machine (newly bought) & sent to our company...being an intermediaries very difficult....as i got less communication & im still new ma...everything also not so familiar....so seems very blur & busy calling d party & discuss wit my boss!! headache!! :-S
